Abstract Introduction : Hypodontia refers to the congenital absence of less than six teeth. This may be unilateral or bilateral. Though agenesis bilateral mandibular/maxillary incisors has often been reported in literature, however, mandibular and maxillary incisors, as well second molar-giving rise a total missing permanent teeth an apparently healthy individual not earlier. Case presentation case series presents two cases 10- 11-year-old children with presence retained deciduous anterior both arches successors also aims review literature regarding etiology, clinical implications management such cases. Conclusions It is essential that practitioners monitor developing dentition establishment proper schedule. Non-eruption tooth more one year later expected, even after months following emergence contralateral tooth, warrants high degree suspicion. A multidisciplinary team, including pediatric, restorative orthodontic specialists, advised. In addition, prior formulation any treatment plan, due consideration general issues patient’s systemic oral health, motivation expectations should given.
